    Best bar for a drink and a snack! Famous for its Chile c Carne and fresh soups (even vegan options). A great selection of affordable SA wines and drinks. The company is an interesting mix of educated locals, ex-pats and real travellers.

    A bit of the beaten track but well worth a visit, plenty of travel tips of the locals (and books about SA to buy), live music and warm (very important). Really helped make our trip to La Paz. On the Plaza Gaston Velasco in the Zona Rosa, centre of La Paz, two blocks behind the Cathedral San Fransisco on calle Linares (near the Witches Market). Honestly, check it out, you'll come back again.
